Totto Chan inspires me
this is not going to be a book review or something. this is only a personal thought, after i read a book titled ‘Totto-Chan’.
this book was a lovely one, i read this chapter by chapter without ever feel bored. after i dont know for, how long, i end read a book only for 12 hours. i dont wanna spoiled you by telling the whole stories. this book is about cheerful little girl, who sometimes spend too many times with her world. Totto-Chan, because of her behaviour was fired by her old school. her mom was so confused trying to find a school that fits perfectly into Totsky (a nickname for Totto from her father).
then finally there’s an extraordinary school, which classroom are former train, and have so many different rules from ordinary school. and Totto really in love with her new school. thats just a simple summary from Totto Chan books.
what i’m trying to say here is, the value of school. nowadays esp in Indonesia i feel sick with any kind of school. i dont know why, many kids look school just like a battlefield when it supposed to be a nice place to get friends, and learn so many things.
i think no matter how time changes people, children will always be children. their world it just about colors, happines, laughs, and new thingy. that is our responsibility to make them felt a real kid world. not to force them just study and see other children as an enemy they have to beat in exercise score. we should give their world back a fun learning area, and study fundamental moral values directly.
because kids are the future generation of this earth. and i really appreciate when people do good things by their heart not because they have to and surely they should learn this from kiddo. and Totto-Chan books taught us, how to educate young children.
after all, its just my first post in english and i know thats terrible (HAHA!). but for people who have passion on kids, and their education its a must read.

and someday i hope, i have capacity to raise a school. with a heart-able curriculum,
